Holiday Netball Performance Is Back in 2026
SMS Movement’s Holiday Netball Performance Program prepares young athletes for the 2026 netball season with structured strength and conditioning across both court-based movement sessions and gym training.
Juniors (10–13) build strong athletic foundations, while Seniors (14–17) develop power, resilience, and readiness for higher training loads. Over this 3-week block, athletes focus on strength, coordination, landing mechanics, movement control, acceleration, deceleration, and low-level plyometrics to prepare the body for Term 1 pre-season.
With expert coaching, small groups, and access to the TeamBuildr App, athletes build confidence in how they move and develop the physical base needed for a successful return to training.
