Term 4 Netball Performance Is Back

SMS Movement’s Term 4 Netball Performance Program is here bringing together both on-court intensity and structured gym sessions to build stronger, faster, and more resilient athletes.

Whether you’re a Junior (10–13) building foundations or a Senior (14–17) transferring gym gains into game performance, this 10-week program develops strength, power, speed, agility, change of direction, and explosive jumping. Each session finishes with conditioning to prepare you for the demands of netball.

With expert coaching, small group numbers, and a supportive environment, athletes will also gain access to the TeamBuildr App to track progress, stay motivated, and train with purpose.
