At SMS Movement, we specialise in long-term athlete development (LTAD) for young netball and skateboarding athletes. Our programs are designed to build a strong foundation in strength, agility, and coordination, ensuring athletes progress safely and effectively through each stage of their development.

Led by Steve, a qualified Sport and Exercise Scientist (BSpExSc) and Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach accredited by the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association (ASCA), our training integrates evidence-based methods tailored to the unique demands of netball and skateboarding.

Our approach aligns with the principles of LTAD, ensuring that training is age-appropriate, progressive, and holistic, fostering not just physical development but also confidence and competence in young athletes.
