Skateboard Specific Training

Through years of strength and conditioning training, including experience with Sunshine Coast Lightning, Falcons, leading athletic programs, and a passion for Skating, SMS Movement has crafted specialised training for skateboarders. Backed by a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science, our expertise ensures each Skate-Specific Program is scientifically designed for peak performance.

Skate- Specific Performance Program

This group program provides Strength and Conditioning with skate Coaching. This format ensures that the strength is transferred over to the skateboard.

One on One Performance Training

For the best results one on one training allows for the program to be specifically designed for your needs. We look at your strength and weaknesses and create a program that is dedicated to increasing your performance. 

Peak Hour Training

Any time between

6am and 7pm

Off- Peak Training

Any time between

9am and 1pm
