Meet Steve, your expert trainer at SMS Movement. From his early passion reaching  top performance in Rugby Union for ACT and mastering surfing and skating, Steve pursued his calling into fitness, obtaining a Certificate IV in Fitness in 2006. He further enriched his expertise with a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science from the University of the Sunshine Coast, collaborating with professional teams like Sunshine Coast Lightning and Falcons Rugby League where performance enhancement became his no one focus.

 

Steve excels in analysing key performance indicators across various sports including skateboarding, Surfing, and netball. Committed to your success, he crafts personalised training programs that are perfectly aligned with your goals.
