Dynamic Duo Skate Training delivers the same high-level strength and conditioning as our one-on-one sessions, designed to support Long-Term Athlete Development and enhance power, control, balance, and resilience. With personalised programs for each skater and ongoing support through the TeamBuildr App, you’ll get individual progress in a shared, motivating environment at a more accessible price point.
