Frequency: 2 Sessions Per Week

Target Group: 14 - 17 years old

Max Numbers: 12 per group

Elevate your performance with our Holiday Senior Netball Performance Program. Designed for ages 14–17, this LTAD-based program combines targeted gym strength work with court-based movement development to build strength, power, landing mechanics, acceleration, deceleration, and tissue readiness for pre-season. Athletes also use the TeamBuildr App to track progress and stay physically prepared for the 2026 season.

Build lower- and upper-body strength in the gym to support faster acceleration, higher jumps, and stronger on-court presence.

Speed, Agility & Change of Direction:
Improve acceleration, deceleration, and sharp directional changes to perform efficiently under game pressure.

Explosive Jumping & Landing Control:
Develop vertical and horizontal power while reinforcing safe landing mechanics to support performance and injury resilience.

Repeatability & Conditioning:
Enhance the ability to produce repeated high-intensity efforts throughout training and match play.

Progress Tracking & Performance Confidence:
Athletes use the TeamBuildr App to monitor training, track progress, and build confidence leading into the season.
