Service Description

Senior Netball Performance – Gym Only (Ages 14–17) Pre-Season Strength & Power Development The Senior Netball Performance – Gym Only option is designed for athletes aged 14–17 who are managing higher training loads and competition commitments but still need structured strength and conditioning during pre-season. Weekly gym sessions focus on developing strength, power, and movement efficiency to support speed, jumping, repeat efforts, and resilience on court. Athletes train key patterns including squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling, bracing, and force production, with loads and progressions carefully managed to reduce injury risk and support performance. While the full gym + court program provides the greatest transfer to game performance, the gym-only option ensures athletes maintain a strong physical base when time or training volume is limited. This option supports season readiness and prepares athletes to handle the demands of competition with confidence.
