Service Description
Senior Netball Performance Program (Ages 14–17) Our 5 week Senior Netball Performance Program is a structured pre-season program designed to prepare athletes for the physical demands of the upcoming netball season. Training combines targeted gym sessions with high-quality court work to build strength, power, speed, agility, and resilience. Athletes focus on developing force production in the gym and transferring these gains to on-court performance through acceleration, deceleration, change of direction, repeat efforts, and explosive jumping. Training volume and intensity are carefully managed to support growth, reduce injury risk, and prepare athletes for higher training and match loads. This program develops strong, confident, and game-ready athletes who can move well, train with intent, and perform consistently throughout the season.
