Performance Program

Times: 1 hour sessions

Court session Mondays at 4:00pm

Gym session Fridays at 4:00pm

Frequency: 2 Sessions Per Week

Target Group: 10 - 13 years old

Max Numbers: 12 per group

Build strong foundations for the season ahead in our Term 1 Junior Netball Performance Program. Designed for ages 10–13, this LTAD-based program combines weekly gym and court sessions to develop strength, coordination, landing mechanics, footwork, and low-level plyometrics, supporting confident, game-ready performance. Athletes also use the TeamBuildr App to track progress in a supportive environment.
