Junior Netball Performance – Gym Only (Ages 10–13) Foundational Strength Training for the Season Ahead The Junior Netball Performance – Gym Only option is designed for athletes aged 10–13 who are managing busy training schedules but still want to prioritise strength and physical development during pre-season. Weekly gym sessions focus on building foundational strength, coordination, mobility, and safe movement patterns. Athletes learn how to squat, hinge, push, pull, brace, and land correctly, supporting confidence in movement and reducing the risk of overload as netball training volumes increase. While the full gym + court program provides the greatest overall benefit through movement transfer and on-court application, the gym-only option ensures athletes maintain a strong physical base when time or commitments limit additional training. This option supports long-term athletic development and prepares juniors to handle the demands of the season ahead.
