Program Overview

Our 10-week Skate-Specific Performance Program, featuring skate coaching by Slothy and strength training by Steve, is crafted to boost young skaters' strength, power, balance, and mobility. Each session combines targeted strength and conditioning with skill development and on-board coaching. This comprehensive approach builds a solid athletic foundation and sharpens skateboarding skills, all while igniting a passion for the sport.

Strength-Based Training

Focus: Strength, Power Balance, Mobility, Injury Prevention

Strength and conditioning exercises tailored for skaters, focusing on leg strength, power, mobility, and core stability. Using bodyweight, resistance bands, and functional exercises, this program boosts trick performance, reduces injury risk, and teaches proper technique for long-term skateboarding success.

Skate-Based Training

Focus: Balance, Coordination, Power, Trick Execution

Develop essential skateboarding skills through dynamic drills. Enhance balance and coordination with training targeting stability on the board. Power-focused movements will increase the height of ollies and the length of manuals, while specific drills will improve trick execution, such as 5-0s and Smith grinds and more.
