Times: 1 hour sessions

Court session Mondays at 4:00pm

Gym session Fridays at 4:00pm

Frequency: 2 Sessions Per Week

Target Group: 10 - 13 years old

Max Numbers: 12 per group

Build strong foundations in our Holiday Junior Netball Performance Program. Designed for ages 10–13, this LTAD-based program combines gym and court movement sessions to develop strength, coordination, landing mechanics, controlled footwork, and low-level plyometrics. Athletes also gain access to the TeamBuildr App to track progress and build confidence in a fun, supportive environment.
