Service Description

Junior Holiday Netball Performance Program (Ages 10–13) 3-Week Athletic Development Block – Building Strong, Confident Movers This 3-week holiday block prepares junior athletes for the 2026 netball season through structured strength and conditioning that supports long-term athletic development. Each week includes a court-based movement session and a gym session designed to improve strength, coordination, landing mechanics, and tissue readiness for the increased demands of Term 1 training. Court sessions focus on core strength, controlled footwork patterns, body awareness, and low-level plyometrics to develop stability and resilience. Gym sessions build foundational strength and mobility, helping athletes move with confidence while reducing the risk of early-season overload. The program progresses gradually to ensure safe, sustainable development, giving young athletes a strong physical base heading into pre-season. Juniors finish the block feeling prepared, capable, and ready for the training year ahead.
