One-on-One Netball Performance Training Take your game to the next level with highly personalised strength and conditioning designed specifically for netball athletes aged 10–17. Each one-on-one session is tailored to your individual needs and aligned with Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) principles. We begin with a full assessment of your strengths, weaknesses, and goals—then create a progressive training plan that builds speed, agility, power, coordination, and injury resilience. Training is delivered in a high-performance setting and supported by a personalised online program through the TeamBuildr App, giving you structured sessions to follow at home or in your own time. Your progress is tracked, reviewed, and adjusted as needed—keeping you accountable and continually improving. Whether you're preparing for rep trials, aiming to make your school team, or just want to build confidence and fitness, this service offers targeted support to help you perform at your best.
