Service Description

Senior Holiday Netball Performance Program (Ages 14–17) 3-Week Strength & Conditioning Block – Building Resilient, High-Performance Athletes This 3-week holiday program is designed for senior netballers preparing for the 2026 season and Term 1 pre-season training. Through structured court-based athletic development sessions and targeted gym work, athletes build the strength, power, and movement quality needed to handle higher training loads with confidence. Court sessions focus on advanced movement patterns, controlled footwork, landing mechanics, acceleration and deceleration skills, and progressive plyometrics to condition the body for harder training. Gym sessions develop total-body strength, mobility, and stability, supporting improved speed, power, and on-court resilience. The program progresses weekly to increase physical readiness while managing fatigue and building strong training habits before the season begins. Senior athletes finish the block with improved strength, movement efficiency, and the confidence to step into pre-season feeling prepared and capable.
